When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, orders generally arrive between 2-5 business days. If you're wondering where's your parcel at, you can use the tracking number provided in your order shipment confirmation email.

I can't find my tasting notes

The tasting note was sent to you separatly by email, you might have missed it. If you can't find your email back, please send an email to contact@e-tasting.com with yout order number and we'll be happy to send it to you again.

I need an invoice for my order

If you want an invoice for your order, please send an email at contact@e-tasting.com with the information you'd like to see on your invoice and your number order, and an invoice will be sent to you shortly.

What is the return policy?

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the regularization of the Contract, allowing him to cancel all or part of the Contract and to return the Products received at its expense.
The Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must notify his decision to VINOVAE using the form provided for this purpose within the aforementioned period, on the following link https://forms.gle/PwABp5VhLFumjjZ16, or by means of a declaration without of ambiguity.
The return address is: VINOVAE, 24 avenue Joannès Masset, Bâtiment les Passerelles, 69009 Lyon.
The Products must be returned by the Customer within a maximum period of 14 days following communication of their decision to withdraw.
The Products must be returned in their original packaging, properly protected. They must be in perfect resalable condition. Any Product returned incomplete, damaged, washed, damaged, deteriorated, soiled - even partially - will not be refunded or exchanged.
Unless there is a lack of conformity or hidden defects in the Product, return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer is reimbursed, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which VINOVAE is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw, of the entire sums he has paid.
However, VINOVAE may defer reimbursement until recovery of the Products or until the Customer has provided proof of their shipment.

Yes we do, you can check on usa.e-tasting.com if our products
are available for delivery at your location once you click on the product and
register your zipcode in "Check availability at"

In what countries are you shipping?

We ship to Europe, USA, Cyprus, United Kingdom, HongKong SAR China, France, Singapore and South Africa at the moment. If you plan on travelling to any of those places we can ship the package to a relative here. Alternatively, you might have visitors coming to your location who could bring you the pack.

How are the Vinottes® made?

After choosing our wines by the WSET recommendations, we put these wines into Vinottes using our patented process. Indeed, our reconditioning under an inert atmosphere devoid of oxygen ensures the preservation of the organoleptic qualities of the wines.

For the production of our vinottes, we chose P.E.T. Unbreakable, it provides excellent protection for the wine. Its taste, color, and aromas are perfectly preserved.
The screw cap perfectly meets airtightness requirements, avoiding the risks of oxygenation.

How and how long can I store my Vinottes®?

It is recommended that you drink our Vinottes within two months of receiving them for a 2cl wine kit and six months for a 5cl wine tasting kit and store them in a cool environment with a constant temperature. For our spirit tasting kit, there are no expiration date.

Are the wines different from one 6 Blind-tasting kit to another?

Hello, the wines are chosen randomly, you will not have the same wines from one kit to the other. If you need some 6 Blind-tasting kits with the same wines, send an email at contact@e-tasting.com
